1/2 cup any whole grain cereal (Kashi makes the best)
1/2 cup rice milk
1/4 cup thawed frozen or fresh strawberries
1 banana


Combine cereal and milk in a bowl. Slice strawberries in medallions and add on top. Peel banana and eat on the side.
